Shipping Information

We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business day. We do not ship on public holidays.


Post-Christmas Delivery

Due to public holidays and holiday closures of some transport services, all orders (Metro & Regional) placed between 25/12/20 to 11/1/21 may experience longer delays of up to 14 business days for delivery.


Shipping & Delivery Policy


All deliveries will be transported by courier service or Australia post - Express Road Transport. Express road service is 1-5 days in Eastern States and 6-12 days for South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. However, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 886 373 or +61 7 3367 3662  to enquire about a special order.

If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be left as per your authorised "Delivery Instructions if not Home" to leave articles on premises without POD Signature. Alternatively you will need to indicate alternate instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions “ if not home” field.

Customer Service & Returns Policy


ecobud® is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

You can return your purchase to ecobud®, Customer Service department within a reasonable time of purchase. Just a couple things to remember:

  • Before making a return you must contact ecobud® Customer service team to receive a Returns Authorization number on free call number 1300 886 373 or (07) 3367 3662 (standard call costs apply) 
  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return. 
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit. 
  • Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.
