Pre-Order Policy

A Pre-order is an item that is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal to secure your piece. Pre-orders are generally paid up-front 100% and are then delivered out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further.

1. If you order other items with pre-order items, we will hold the order until all items are in stock.
2. Items marked as available for pre-order will be delivered as soon as stock arrives.
3. We recommend placing separate orders unless you are happy to wait.
4. Please note the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed.
